The project focuses on analyzing the current understanding and maturity of the EU Data Act implementation across industries in Slovenia. A multi-criteria model will be developed to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the Act, providing transparency and actionable insights for further improvements. The project will also provide a self-assessment tool for companies and organize educational seminars to raise awareness about the regulation and promote best practices.
Our key objectives are:
- Assess current knowledge of the Data Act and its implementation across sectors.
- Develop a methodology to assess and track the effectiveness of the Data Act implementation.
- Create a platform for self-assessment and support in the implementation of the regulation.
- Organize seminars to educate stakeholders about data interoperability, legal compliance and the technical challenges of data sharing.
